Zhong Xing Entertainment Culture (HK) Limited (“Zhong Xing”), which was established in 2013, is an entertainment company focused on organising major concerts locally and internationally. The owner/shareholder is the wife of the late Mr Ho Pui Ming, major shareholder of OMI International Entertainment (“OMI”) which has a track record of sellout performances, including Sandy Lam in Concert MMXI 2011 & 2012 (Part I and II), Danny Summer & Julie Sue in “憑着愛‧永不放棄” in Toronto (2011), Samuel Toi’s “Love is All” Concert in Toronto (2012), Wayne Lai & Mimi Choo in “Casino Rama Concert” in Toronto (2012), Elisa Chan and Maria Cordero in “The Voice Live 2012, “Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner” with George Lam (2012) and “Hong Kong Chinese New Year Variety Show” (2013).
With the support from the shareholder and management of senior management which comprises veterans in the entertaintment industry, Zhong Xing has already been involved in organising and promoting various performances, including “LionRock MusicFestival 2013” at the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade on 2 November 2013, Jason Chan’s “陳柏宇TALES演唱會2013” at the Star Hall on 29 November 2013, Danny Summer in “天眼” also at the Star Hall on 30 November 2013 and Vincci Cheuk Wan Chi in “HAHASIU床上哈哈笑”at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium on 19-20 December 2013. Recent overseas performances include “Cache Creek Summer Concert” with Louis Yuen and Gu Ying; “加大歡喜” show with Nancy Sit, Louis Yuen and King Kong; and Frances Yip in “葉麗儀萬般情演唱會” Concert with special guest, Ling Po at Casino Rama, Toronto, Canada.
中興娛樂文化（香港）有限公司（"中興"）成立於2013年；專注舉辦本地及國際音樂會。 中興的股東是奧美國際娛樂集團有限公司（"奧美"）已故大股東何沛明先生之夫人。奧美主辦演出之輝煌業績，有目共睹；包括林憶蓮演唱會 MMXI 2011及2012 年 (第一站和第二站)、夏韶聲和蘇芮在多倫多2011年的「憑著愛‧永不放棄」演唱會、邰正宵的「愛如情歌Love is All」2012年多倫多演唱會、黎耀祥和朱咪咪在多倫多「華瑪賭場」演出的「耀舞祥威笑咪咪」2012年演唱會、陳潔靈和肥媽的「The Voice Live」2012年多倫多演唱會、林子祥的2012年「巨龍歡騰慶團圓新春晚宴」和2013年的「七星福照迎新禧- 蝦仔爹哋爆笑音樂劇」。
中興憑著股東的支持及管理層的經驗及網絡，短時已參與籌辦及推廣各類演出；包括將於2013年11月2日假西九龍海濱長廊演出之「藍妹啤酒Lion Rock Music Festival」、2013年11月29日於九龍灣國際展貿中心匯星演出的「陳柏宇TALES演唱會2013」、2013年11月30日在九龍灣國際展貿中心匯星演出之「夏韶聲天眼第七類現場接觸講唱會」和2013年12月19及20日假灣仔伊利沙伯體育館舉行的卓韻芝「床上哈哈笑One Night Stand」棟篤笑等。近期海外的演出則有阮兆祥和谷音之「Cache Creek夏日演唱會」、薛家燕、阮兆祥及金剛的「加大歡喜演唱會」；和葉麗儀與嘉賓淩波在多倫多「華瑪賭場」演出的「葉麗儀萬般情演唱會」。
